Cleaning may suit selected paths, paved areas and other exterior surfaces following assessment. High pressure is not appropriate for every material. Fragile finishes, damaged joints, coatings and weathered timber can need a different method or specialist advice.

Describe the surface, approximate area and the staining or growth you want addressed. We assess suitability, access to water and nearby doors, plants or equipment. A small test area may be useful where appropriate. The scope should identify what will be cleaned and any limits on stain removal or the achievable finish.

Cleaning can dislodge debris as well as water. Site-specific runoff and debris handling need assessment and agreement. Do not assume waste water can be directed into any nearby drain.

Damp, shaded Auckland paths can develop surface growth, but the substrate still determines a suitable cleaning method. Roof work, high-access cleaning, asbestos-containing materials and structural repairs are not included in the scope described here.
