Information you choose to share

The quote form asks for your name, email and/or phone, property location, service, care preference and a description of the work. The detailed contact form can also accept a suburb instead of a full address. Photographs are not required for a first enquiry. Please avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed for the job.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to respond, discuss your property, prepare a quote and arrange work if you proceed. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

The home-page quote form

The short form asks for your name, property address, chosen service and email or phone number, with an optional message. Folding the form keeps your entered details on the page. It submits directly to our enquiry service without a second form or a saved browser draft. We use these details to contact you about the garden work. If delivery fails, your entries remain in the form until you clear them or leave the page.

Address suggestions

As you type an address, the entered street text is sent to our own address search service. It searches a public Auckland address snapshot from Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), downloaded on 5 October 2026. It does not send your address search or contact details to an outside address provider. Suggestions can be selected or ignored, and you can enter a new address manually. Search results are kept temporarily in page memory and cleared when the form resets or the page closes.

Online enquiries

Form enquiries are passed to Resend for email delivery to Evergreen’s Gmail inbox. These providers process the message to deliver and store it. The website does not maintain a separate customer database or photo store. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Website operation

The website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded maps or live review widgets. Fonts are served with the site. Hosting providers may process technical information such as requests and network addresses to operate and protect the service. Access to a private preview may also involve the hosting platform’s sign-in systems.

Spam prevention

The form includes validation and spam checks. When online delivery is enabled, a short-lived, hashed network identifier and request count are used to limit repeated submissions. Enquiry text is not included in that rate-limit record. A submission reference also helps the email provider prevent duplicate messages when a request is retried. The form does not save its contents to your browser’s local storage.

Links such as Google open an external service. That service’s own privacy practices apply when you visit it.
